The philosophy of the Fullerton Rangers Competitive Program is to provide our players with all the tools and resources needed to develop and succeed as soccer players at the highest club, ODP, University, and National Team level possible. We believe that for this to be accomplished we must first develop our players. The philosophy of the Fullerton Rangers Competitive Program is to provide our players with the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological tools necessary to succeed on the soccer field. Our Club Wide Training Model is designed to address the age appropriate needs of our players as they grow and develop into soccer players and individuals.
The Club Wide training program not only addresses the developmental soccer issues that players encounter but also the personal issues that players face as they grow and become older. The Fullerton Rangers Club Wide Training Program was developed in accordance with standards set be the UNITED STATES SOCCER FEDERATION and its expectations of the development of the future soccer players in the United States. For us, "Development" is not just a word but a standard that we have set for each age level.
