1. Arrive at least 20 minutes early
2. Know your team number
3. Check in after everyone has arrived
4. Line up players short to tall
5. Stay in line
6. You only need to complete the form if you are ordering additional items
7. Have player hold form in one hand - with the check in the other hand, as they approach the photographer
8. Don’t assume we will be running late (you could miss your spot)

Also remember there will be a lot of players, parents and coaches that will be at the park…

Team photos will be taken according to schedule and team readiness. Each player will automatically receive a photo package that is included with the registration fees, which includes: 8x10 Memory Mate (includes team photo and individual picture), 4-individual wallets, and a 3” button. If you want to purchase additional photos, such as “buddy pictures”, trading cards, plaques, etc., you will need to complete the order forms that were provided to your team’s representative. 

We will also have a few vendors on site at picture day.  Food and beverages will be available for purchase so please support our vendors!
